Another part of my UX certification course was a deeper dive into the Design Thinking process. Our small team was tasked to review the process of how a caregiver signs-up and engages with Cariloop (a company created from the need to mentor people who are providing at-home care for loved ones).
We reviewed the entire sign-up process and discovered many pain points along the way. While we would have loved to fix the entire process, we focused on one area we felt could have an immediate impact.
